Mon dépôt n’a pas atteint mon Compte joueur

Veuillez laisser quelques minutes pour que votre dépôt soit visible sur votre Compte joueur. Dans de rares cas, il peut y avoir des délais entre les banques et les fournisseurs qui reçoivent votre demande et les fonds mis à disposition. Vous pouvez toujours vérifier si les fonds ont été débités de votre compte bancaire, de votre carte de crédit, de votre portefeuille, etc. Nous pourrions réclamer un justificatif de paiement pour être en mesure de vérifier s’il manque un dépôt.

  • Activer le mode Développeur.
  • Redémarrez votre téléphone.
  • Saisissez votre code secret.
